Roller limbo is the sport of trying to go under a bar that gets progressively lower without out touching the floor or knocking off the bar, all while being on roller skates.  This site is to show you what one little girl, Zoey Beda, can accomplish in this sport.

Zoey is a typical 7 year old in most respects.  There is one sport that Zoey likes to do a lot, roller skating.  Zoey loves to roller skate whenever she can.  No matter what rink you go to, they all seem to have games that are played.  One of these games is the limbo.  The roller limbo is the sport of trying to go under a bar that gets progressively lower without out touching the floor or knocking off the bar, all while being on roller skates.  Most people will go under this bar while crouching, others will go under while leaning to the right or to the left while sticking one leg out, and yet others will try to do the splits while going under.  The lowest a select few can go is around 12 inches.  But, there are some who can go lower, for example a girl from Wisconsin in 1992 was able to go down very low  during a parade.  I am not sure how low, but I have seen the picture, and my guess would be around 8" or so.  There is another girl who can go to 11" at another rink we visited.  But, Zoey was able to get down to 12" or 11" without any problem, she wanted to go lower, so she did.  Zoey's lowest right now is right around 7", or about the height of 3 tennis balls stacked on top of each other.  Zoey has ambitions of setting some kind of record and her parents are currently trying to find what, if any, world record there might be.

Zoey has been interviewed for a couple of papers, a photo that when around the country in the Associated Press and that same photo ended up in a magazine called 'In Touch', and she was on a few TV shows.  Zoey's first TV appearance was for a special called "In Search Of", done by a very nice journalist by the name of Jennifer Livingston.  Look in the Media section for more on Zoey's media stories.  Zoey has Flying Wheels Roller Rink in Oakdale Wisconsin to thank for all the support they have given her.  Thank you to the owners of Flying Wheels Roller Rink; Greg, Barb, and Mike Ackerley.  Also thanks to all the wonderful people who come and supported Zoey every single week.  Follow Zoey's progress and news by using the links on this page.  Zoey, Jacob (her brother), and her parents would like to thank everyone for their support.
